Central Valley

It’s dawn and I’m sitting in an International-House-of-Pancakes-in-the-middle-of-nowhere (#0788), pondering that if the tone of the day is set at breakfast, surely the word of the day must be “congealed”.

I got up this morning at 4 because I was down in Ojai for a wedding this weekend, but nobody was willing to take my 10am shift this morning. On that note, I should be getting back on the road and praying that my digestive tract doesn’t take issue with anything I just forced into it…

  2. Fortunately I stayed away from the blintzes, but thanks for the little rhyme there.

    Actually managed to be about 45 minutes late. But everything worked out in the end. No biggie. :-)
